What is the 2026 Cool Parts Competition?

Welcome to the Millennium Machines Owners Showcase! This is your chance to display the amazing parts you've produced on your Milo CNC milling machines at SMRRF 2026.

This year, with lots of Milos in the wild, we are looking to showcase you our wonderful Milo makers and more specifically the cool stuff you have been making. Whilst Milo was designed with Aluminium in mind submissions of other materials would be fantastic - I personally want to see some steel, some polymers and some exotic woods!

The parts will be down selected online by Dave from DMS (Based on submission pictures). The finalists will then send their parts to DMS which will be displayed in a Gridfinity showcase at the booth at SMRRF 2026. Our beloved lead Jake will then be responsible for picking his favourites. Submission Guidelines

  • Parts must be made on a Milo CNC milling machine.
  • Additional post-processing is allowed, but please specify the processes used.
  • Any material is accepted (The more exotic the better!)
  • Maximum part size: 120mm x 120mm x 120mm (to fit our grid layout and minimise shipping costs).
  • No weapons or weapon parts.
  • No items that violate EXPORT CONTROL rules 
  • No NSFW items. 

  • Submission deadline: February 15th (Complete form to confirm you are going to submit a part). 

  • Parts must be received at Desktop Machine Shop (DMS) in the UK by February 27th. 

  • Shipping address will be provided upon acceptance of your submission.

  • Parts may be returned at the user's expense; we reserve the right to retain parts for future showcases.
