Phaetus Rapido UHF Hotend 2
The Phaetus Rapido Hotend 2 is a high-performance, all-metal hotend engineered for ultra-fast 3D printing and compatibility with abrasive, high-temperature filaments.
Designed with a titanium heatbreak and a plated copper extended heatblock, it delivers exceptional thermal insulation and rapid heat transfer. The ceramic heater reaches 200 °C in just 35 seconds, enabling high volumetric flow rates—up to 75 mm³/s in the UHF variant.
Its modular design allows quick switching between High Flow (HF) and Ultra High Flow (UHF) configurations using a copper-nickel-plated adapter. The rigid titanium-alloy screw structure enables one-handed nozzle changes, while the removable thermistor (NTC or PT1000) simplifies maintenance.
